Relisto ("Relisto", "we", "us", or "our") is a personal productivity app for creating reusable lists and organizing notes.

We respect your privacy and designed Relisto so that your personal lists and notes can remain on your device without requiring an account or cloud storage.

1. Information We Collect

Lists, Notes, and Other Personal Content

The lists, items, notes, categories, and other content you create in Relisto are stored locally on your device.

Relisto does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its core features.

Your personal lists and notes are not uploaded to our servers during normal use of the app.

Feedback, Bug Reports, and Feature Requests

If you voluntarily submit feedback, a bug report, or a feature request through Relisto, the information you choose to provide is transmitted to our service provider so that we can receive and manage your submission.

This may include:

• The message or feedback you submit
• Information you voluntarily include in your submission
• Limited technical information necessary to process the submission

The feedback form does not require or collect your email address.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in feedback submissions.

2. How We Use Information

Information submitted through feedback, bug reports, or feature requests may be used to:

• Investigate and fix bugs
• Improve Relisto
• Develop requested features
• Maintain and support the app

Your locally stored lists and notes are used by the app to provide its features on your device.

3. Data Storage

Relisto's core user data, including lists, items, notes, and categories, is stored locally on your device.

Relisto does not require cloud storage or an online account for its core functionality.

If you create a backup using Relisto's Backup & Restore feature, the backup file is created by the app and remains under your control. You can save or share the backup using the file-management options provided by your device.

Once you export a backup file, its storage and handling are subject to the service or location where you choose to save it.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal lists or notes with advertisers or other users.

Information voluntarily submitted through feedback, bug reports, or feature requests may be processed by third-party service providers that help us receive and manage those submissions.

We do not use your personal list and note content for advertising.

5. Advertising and Tracking

Relisto does not use your personal lists or notes for advertising or tracking.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your lists, notes, categories, and other core app data remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app and its associated data.

Backup files that you create are stored wherever you choose to save them. You are responsible for deleting those backup files when they are no longer needed.

Information voluntarily submitted through feedback may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate issues and improve or support Relisto.

7. Children's Privacy

Relisto is a general-purpose productivity app and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the core functionality of the app.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information received through feedback and support functionality.

Because Relisto stores core app data locally, the security of that data also depends on the security of your device. We recommend keeping your device protected with a passcode and using the latest available software updates.

9. Third-Party Services

Relisto may use third-party services to provide specific functionality, such as processing voluntarily submitted feedback, bug reports, or feature requests.

These services may process information necessary to provide those services.

We do not permit third-party services to use your personal lists or notes for advertising.

You can use the core functionality of Relisto without creating an account or providing personal information.

You can choose whether to submit feedback, bug reports, or feature requests.

You can delete locally stored lists and notes directly within the app.

You can also delete backup files you have created through your device's file-management system.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Relisto or our privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
